What we collect
We collect business information used to prepare website proposals; contact and suppression information used to communicate with a business; account, support, and website content supplied by customers; transaction identifiers supplied by our payment provider; and limited service data such as request time, page, device information, and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to prepare and deliver requested services, authenticate customers, process payments, respond to support, prevent abuse, measure service reliability, honor opt-outs, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sources and service providers
Business facts may come from public business listings or directly from the business. We use service providers for hosting and storage, payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and—only when enabled—business listings, AI-assisted drafting, or messaging. Those providers process information under their own terms and our configuration of their services.
Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records for the period needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Prospect previews and outreach records are retained only for the configured campaign lifecycle, while suppression records may be kept longer so an opt-out remains effective. We use access controls, encryption in transit, signed provider requests, and restricted backups, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe through any outreach message. Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, backup, or suppression records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
Children and changes
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
