Terms of Service
The service
CitySites provides the website build, platform hosting, and ongoing edit service shown in your order. Your approved preview, order summary, and these policies make up the agreement. Features not listed in the order—including a custom domain, booking system, third-party integrations, or unlimited redesign work—are not included.
Business approval and content
You must be authorized to act for the business. Before publication, you are responsible for checking names, contact details, hours, services, images, claims, licenses, and other facts. You retain rights in content you supply and give us permission to host, reproduce, and adapt it to provide the service. You represent that supplied content may lawfully be used.
Charges and renewal
The setup charge and recurring hosting/edit charge are displayed before checkout in USD. Recurring service renews monthly until canceled. Taxes, if applicable, may be added by the payment flow. We will not change an existing recurring price without notice and any consent required by law.
Accounts, availability, and changes
Keep access links and account sessions private. We may suspend access to protect customers or the platform. Planned maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability. Material edits are recorded and may require review before publication.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, impersonate others, collect data without authority, evade security controls, or publish content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Cancellation, refunds, and ownership
The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains timing and eligibility. Canceling hosting does not automatically transfer a domain or third-party account. Unless the order says otherwise, the CitySites platform and reusable software remain ours; your supplied content remains yours. Contact us before cancellation if you need an export of supported content.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee search ranking, traffic, sales, uninterrupted availability, or results from third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
