Refund & Cancellation Policy
Setup work
You may request cancellation and a refund of the setup charge within 14 days of payment if we have not delivered the first approved site version. Once that version is delivered, setup charges cover work already performed and are not refundable except where required by law or where we cannot provide the purchased service.
Monthly service
You may cancel recurring hosting and edit service at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and service remains available through the paid billing period unless access must be suspended for security or prohibited use. Partial billing periods are not prorated except where required by law.
Service problems
Tell us promptly if the delivered site materially differs from the approved order. We will first try to correct a verified defect. Refunds approved under this policy are returned through the original payment method; provider processing time may vary.
After cancellation
Request an export of supported customer-supplied content before the paid period ends. Platform software, licensed stock assets, and non-transferable third-party materials are not included in an export. Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
